They took our vendors who we selected and just made it happen with them. They
reconfirmed everything, made sure everything went according to the timeline, and
when the limo company didn't pick us up on time, got us our money back and with a
different company instantly. The day of or days before the wedding, the last thing
you want to do is worry if the alcohol vendor dropped the right amount off at the
rental place, or the day of worry if the caterer will show up on time. Shari, in her
calm, collected way, eased all of our nerves and just took care of everything. She
even made my mother calm, which is a daunting task. For an extremely reasonable

Thank god my father overruled me after watching “Who’s Wedding is this Anyway?” My
wedding would have been a fiasco without Shari and Beth. They put up with all my
bridezilla moments in August, played interference with some unruly vendors and overall
made sure everything would happen as planned. The day of the wedding there was some
serious backstage drama with a vendor and I knew NOTHING about it until several
days after the wedding when I asked about extra fees he was requesting and they told
me. They saved the day - everything could have been a horrible mess and, as if that

" Day of event planners for the do it yourself bride, what a concept! As a
resourceful New Yorker I was capable of finding vendors, negotiating pricing,
picking out my music etc. What I could not do was be everywhere all at once on the
day of the wedding and the weeks before. Shari and Beth, pulled all the pieces
together, gave me a to the minute timeline of how events should unfold, and called
to confirm all my vendors the week before. I had fully intended to be at the space
the morning of the wedding to ensure that all was going well, but somehow they
knew I would never make it. I didn’t. I don’t know what I would have done if they
were not there – When I finally saw the space on my walk down the aisle, I was

attentive to every detail (even those we hadn't thought of on our own!) and really
easy and pleasant to work with. They made sure everything ran smoothly on our
wedding day and because they were on top of everything, we were able to enjoy the
wedding just as much as our guests did. We didn't have to stress or worry about
anything because they took care of it all -- from little things like checking that all the
table cards were there and that there were reserved seats for our families to
bigger things such as creating a comprehensive timeline for the day, running the
rehearsal and making sure our vendors all delivered according to their contracts.
They are a great team and well worth their fee.

To be honest, we didn't think that we needed any help in achieving this, but Beth and

see the damage. These ladies were my champions, they timed and organized
everything to the minute. If you are having ceremony & reception in two
different locations, I think you must have coordinators. They were extremely

planners. I thought that with a year to plan, I would be able to get through the
wedding with ease. Well, from the second I met them at Jamba Juice, I knew
that I had to have them at my wedding. From planning, to the rehearsal, to the
day-of, there was no rock left unturned, no detail missed. They were never
intrusive, or "in your face", but they were always available for a quick fix of the
hair or to make sure that my 90 year old grandfather was comfortable. In the
words of Tim Gunn (Project Runway), they “make it work”. They were, without a
doubt, the best investment that I made for my wedding day. They kept me
happy, they kept my new husband happy and they kept a group of highly discerning
and sometimes critical New Yorkers, very happy. I cannot recommend them

so that I was able to enjoy the day completely, because I felt confidant that they would
handle anything that came up. And they did! From dealing with little mix-ups with my florist,
to making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, to taking tons of amazing
photos (which they emailed to me the very next morning!), they truly went above and
beyond. Throughout the day, my mother and I kept turning to each other and saying, “What
would we have done without them?!?” They think of everything, they’re cool under pressure,
and they’re just the sweetest, nicest girls as a bonus. I could not recommend them more

everything including the things I never thought would be an issue. They had the foresight &
experience to know otherwise where potential problems were hiding. I first met with "the
girls" 6 months before my wedding and I actually cried after our first meeting. I can't
believe that I cried because it wasn't an overly emotional day nor did I feel overly
stressed about the wedding that day. But after meeting with the girls, the wedding that I
always wanted seemed smoothly possible. I cried with relief. I knew that I had just
reduced my level of stress for the next 6 months and on my wedding day to a completely
manageable level. Beth was with me the whole day while Shari was executing all the details
at the ceremony & reception site. They bill themselves as "day of planners". However, they
were there for me from the minute I hired though our honeymoon Meaning they even made
sure we didn't miss out on honeymoon upgrades by sending us off with our marriage
certificate. Thanks to them, the following types of issues were non-events for us on the
day of our wedding: surprise guests, flower and bouquet issues, lost tuxedo buttons and
scheduling conflicts of the musicians. They handled it all with professionalism & grace. I
would not allow any of my family or friends to have a wedding without Shari & Beth. Thank
