One of the biggest things Diamond Gold Weddings can bring to the table for you is that there are
two of us working on your behalf...so we can be in two places at once to ensure your day runs as
smoothly as possible! Our focus is on all the details you've planned...so that you can focus on
relaxing and having a great time!
* Vendor Management - confirmation of arrival time, communicating any last details, greeting vendors
upon arrival, and facilitating vendor payment/tip on day of event.
* Rehearsal Management – facilitate bridal party lineup, communicate ceremony flow to all participants
* Pre-Event Preparation Management
- Manage bridal party preparation schedule via detailed timeline
- Ensure any venue issues have been resolved (e.g. housekeeping issues/requests)
- Confirm placement of desired religious articles in ceremony room
* Ceremony- Manage program distribution, cue musicians, officiant and bridal procession
* Reception- Oversee setup of seating cards & favors, ensure musicians begin playing on-time, and
ensure bride has designated someone to take home gifts, cards, etc.
